At Renovate Fitness we teach you how to lift properly, why it’s important, and many variations. We show you how to relieve your back pain, joint stiffness and any other ailments. We then build up your strength to prevent injuries and aliments from returning.

Our 12 week kick start program is the beginning step to change. You will start in your comfort zone and over the course of the personal training program we will shift what you see as your comfort zone and you won’t even realize it.

I started training with Cassidy shortly after moving to town. My third child was born 4 months earlier, my husband was deployed, I was working full time and it was hard to get motivated and be held accountable for working out. All I wanted to do was keep my “free” time for myself. I have always been an athlete and I was not happy with where my body was. I knew I had about 4 months before my husband returned and I needed a boost to get to where I needed to be. When I started with Cassidy the first week I remember not being able to walk up the stairs because I was so sore. A good sore though! Like my muscles that had gone unused for so long were finally being activated again. It felt amazing to be back in the gym and having Cassidy there to guide me each step of the way. Not only have I lost over 15lbs and gained a lot more muscle, I am learning how to work out the right way. I have old knee injuries from softball and back problems from having the kids and she is giving me the tools I need to strengthen and correct these muscles to finally help them heal the right way. I am still a work in progress, but she has helped me get back into shape, get back into my “skinny jeans” again and my husband was blown away by my transformation. I have been working with Cassidy for about half a year now, and I could not be happier with the results. When I came to Cassidy, I had been experiencing back problems over the last 3 years that prevented me from hiking, sitting at my desk for too long, and heavy load bearing. She worked with me to build a plan specifically to sort out the imbalances causing many of my problems. The workouts are always different and I look forward to each session.
Cassidy is very personable and a well-rounded trainer. Not only has she greatly improved my back issues, but as an added bonus she helped me sort out my bench press form and improved my core stability. The sessions I have with her are diverse, working from the small muscles in the arch of my foot to the bigger muscles in my core and spinal erectors. Our goal is not just to manage my back pain, but to help strengthen by body in order to prevent my back from flaring up altogether.
After trying a few different trainers, I would highly recommend Cassidy. Her knowledge as a personal trainer is outstanding, she is very encouraging, and has no trouble pushing you to achieve more than you would even hope. I never thought I would be able to get back to hiking within such a short period of time without a surgery in between. I plan on working with Cassidy as a long-term client, and wish I would have found her earlier!
